Meet the Owners
Judd Keiser - Partner
Judd Keiser has been a dedicated business owner and community leader since 2008, when he founded Keiser Electric. In 2016, he expanded his entrepreneurial vision by acquiring an irrigation company and merging the two businesses to create Keiser Ag & Irrigation. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a global leader in the irrigation industry, known for innovation, reliability, and exceptional service.
Beyond his business success, Judd is deeply committed to his community and values the strong relationships he’s built over the years. Outside of work, he treasures spending time with his family — his wife, their four boys, and their beautiful little girl — enjoying the rewards of both hard work and family life.
Dawn Rowley - Partner
Dawn Rowley brings over 25 years of experience in construction and multi-company accounting. As a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor in both Desktop and Online versions, she has worked with a wide range of clients—from small businesses to large corporations—helping them streamline their financial systems and achieve greater efficiency.
Dawn’s deep expertise in accounting and her hands-on understanding of business operations make her a trusted advisor for companies seeking clarity and control in their financial management.
When she’s not working, Dawn enjoys life on the farm with her husband and their Highlander cattle, embracing the balance of hard work and country living.
Samantha Peite - Partner
Samantha Peite is a detail-driven accounting professional with 12 years of multi-state experience, combining her knowledge of multi-company accounting, business, finance, and marketing to help clients feel confident and stress-free about their finances.
She holds an AS in Business & Marketing from WSC, an AS in Accounting and a BAS in Accounting & Finance from SNHU. She is currently working toward her CMA certification. Samantha also has experience with QuickBooks Online & Desktop, Peachtree, Sage, and other accounting platforms too. Growing small and large businesses, she values accuracy, clear communication, trust, and lasting client relationships.
Outside of accounting, Samantha enjoys family, friends, traveling, her animals, and exploring the outdoors.

Brianna Haas - Customer Service
Brianna is Hartington’s skilled customer service associate. Between her phenomenal work as a customer service contact, monitoring our main email and filtering clients to the correct person that can best help, she also operates a press on nail business, and spends time with her family in Hartington, NE.
Cierra Phillips - Bookkeeper
Cierra is our skilled bookkeeper, with extensive knowledge in accounts receivable and accounts payable, as well as payroll.
When she is not assisting clients and Hartington with organizing the books, she is spending time with her daughter, and honing her baking skills.
Julianna Valure - Marketing
Julianna is our skilled marketing professional, with an actively pursued bachelor’s degree in business marketing, and a certificate in Digital Marketing and E-commerce from Google Coursera, topped off with six years of customer service experience. When she is not enhancing our digital footprint or helping clients build a marketing plan, she spends time with her cat Chandler, and studying for her Bachelor’s degree.
